Central Oklahoma Communications Drill
Amateur radio operators have an opportunity to participate in the August 2026 Central Oklahoma Emergency Management Communications Drill on Tuesday, August 11, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. The exercise is designed to test several communications pathways that could be used to support emergency operations in Central Oklahoma.
The Incident Radio Communications Plan (ICS-205) for the exercise includes several interoperability resources, including 8CALL90, VCALL10, 7TAC75, and the W5DRO amateur radio repeater.
