EARS hosts an annual Christmas Dinner each year, typically in early December. The date is generally set in advance, with full details announced around or shortly after the November board meeting. Once finalized, all information—including date, location, and RSVP details—is communicated directly to club members.

The 2025 Christmas Dinner will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 6:00 PM at the Fenwick Neighborhood Clubhouse, located at 16801 Fenwick Blvd, Edmond, OK 73012. Members and their families are invited to attend.
Dinner will be catered by Roma’s Italian Restaurant. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Please RSVP using the form below. The deadline to RSVP is December 4th. You may pay online in advance or choose the option to pay in person at the event.
